George C. Fuller
George Fuller has been a resident of McKinney for 26 years and was elected Mayor in May of 2017. He is married to Maylee, his wife of 26 years, has 4 wonderful children, and is currently a builder and developer of custom homes and commercial properties.
George is the managing construction partner for Adriatica, a 46-acre mixed-use development in McKinney. He has developed community infrastructures, retail shopping centers, condominiums, business centers and some of the most award winning and decorated homes in North Texas.
Mayor Fuller has been honored with the Builder of the Year Award nine years in a row by D Magazine while also receiving honors from the National Home Builder Association Awards, including "Best Craftsmanship," "Best Overall Home," "Best Floor Plan," and multiple "People's Choice" awards.
George, also known as "Geo" in his alter-ego life as a musician, owns The Guitar Sanctuary, a high-end guitar and music equipment boutique recently named one of the Top 20 Coolest Guitar Shops in the country by Premier Guitar magazine, along with The Sanctuary Music and Event Center and the Sanctuary Performance Academy.
George serves as President of the Stonebridge Ranch Commercial Association. He and his wife, Maylee, are co-founders of the Love Life Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing awareness of the many tragedies inflicted upon at-risk children. Love Life Foundation provides resources to supporting agencies and groups that bring relief and comfort to the young victims and their families. He is also a member of the McKinney Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and a Board Director for Meals on Wheels. He previously served as Chairman of the McKinney Community Development Corporation.

Jana Condren, Controller
Jana began her career with George Fuller Contracting in June of 2006. Since that time, the company has grown exponentially in both custom home building as well as custom commercial projects.
Most days you will find Jana at her desk working on A/R and A/P for George Fuller’s many businesses in McKinney. She manages all of his business ventures and enjoys the
ever-changing atmosphere. She say's "it is hard not to fall in love with Adriatica, once you've experienced it. It’s a beautiful place to live and work!"
Outside of work, you will find Jana with her family or dogs. She has been married for 35 years to her high school sweetheart. They have two children, who are both married now. Jana loves attending concerts and traveling. The mountains are my happy place for sure. Somehow I find myself nowhere near the mountains, but I visit them as often as I can.
Faith, family and friends are what is of utmost importance to me. I am blessed to work with people with the same values.

Moose, Project Assistant
IN LOVING MEMORY....
Moose is an important part of the Fuller Custom Homes team. At 7 years old, you will always find Moose shadowing Austin on job sites and at the office. We think he is the cutest member of the team!
