George C. Fuller - Builder & Developer

George Fuller has been a resident of McKinney for 35 years and served as Mayor of McKinney from 2017 - 2025. He is married to Maylee, his wife of 35 years, has 4 wonderful children, 2 grandchildren, and is currently a builder and developer of custom homes and commercial properties.

George is the managing construction partner for Adriatica, a 46-acre mixed-use development in McKinney. He has developed community infrastructures, retail shopping centers, condominiums, business centers, and some of the most award-winning and decorated homes in North Texas.

George has been honored with the Builder of the Year Award nine times D Magazine, multiple year recipient for Best Custom Home Builder by McKinney Living, while also receiving honors from the National Home Builder Association Awards, including "Best Craftsmanship," "Best Overall Home," "Best Floor Plan," and multiple "People's Choice" awards.

George, also known as "Geo" in his alter-ego life as a musician, owns The Guitar Sanctuary, a high-end guitar and music equipment boutique recently named one of the Top 20 Coolest Guitar Shops in the country by Premier Guitar magazine, along with The Sanctuary Music and Event Center and the Sanctuary Performance Academy.

George serves as President of the Stonebridge Ranch Commercial Association. He and his wife, Maylee, are co-founders of the Love Life Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing awareness and serving the at-risk in our community. Love Life Foundation provides resources to supporting agencies and groups that bring relief and comfort to the young victims and their families. He previously served as Chairman of the McKinney Community Development Corporation, McKinney Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and a Board Director for Meals on Wheels.

Jana Condren, Controller

Jana began her career with George Fuller Custom Homes & Contracting in June of 2006. Since that time, she has played an integral role in the company’s exponential growth in both custom home building and commercial projects. Most days, you’ll find Jana at her desk managing accounting across George Fuller’s many businesses. She oversees all of his business ventures and thrives in the ever-changing atmosphere. As she puts it, “It’s hard not to fall in love with Adriatica once you’ve experienced it. It’s a beautiful place to live and work!”

Outside of work, Jana treasures time with her family and friends. She and her husband have two children and three beautiful granddaughters who completely hold their hearts. Jana enjoys concerts, traveling, and escaping to the mountains, her happy place, even if it’s as often as she’d like.

Faith, family, and friends remain at the center of Jana’s life. She considers herself truly blessed to work alongside people who share those same values.

Toby Robinson, Construction Manager

Toby Robinson has been a valued member of the George Fuller Custom Homes & Contracting team since 2007, bringing with him over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. As Construction Manager, Toby prides himself not only on building exceptional homes but also on creating lasting relationships with clients. His hands-on approach ensures that every detail of the process reflects the homeowner’s vision, turning dreams into reality.

For Toby, the connection doesn’t end when the project is complete. Many of his clients have returned to build with George C. Fuller Custom Homes again, a true testament to the trust and friendships he and the team cultivate along the way.

Toby and his wife, Wende, have been married for 24 years and enjoy life with their son, Hayden. Outside of work, Toby is a passionate fan of live music and an enthusiastic—though often fiercely competitive—Rummikub player.

Joplin, Chief Sidekick & Director of Smiles

Joplin, George’s loyal Havanese pup and constant companion. Whether at the office or on a jobsite, Joplin is always by George’s side, making sure nothing goes unnoticed and bringing joy to everyone she meets.

When she’s not hard at work keeping the team in line, Joplin loves watching her dad play guitar, joining in on travels, and above all, making sure everyone is greeted properly. Known for her irresistible belly rub requests and endless kisses, Joplin makes friends wherever she goes and reminds us daily of the simple joys in life.
